Bio:
Schrade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Appalachian State University. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. She has supported clients with behavioral health, Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, Generalized Anxiety disorder, Post-traumatic stress disorder, and Depression.

Counseling Approach:
She uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create individualized treatment plans for clients. She is passionate about building trusting relationships with clients and believes high-quality service is a priority. She is an advocate for the well-being of her clients and always ensures that they receive the care they need.

Specialties & Population Served:
Schrade currently sees individuals from children to young adults. She works with children through CBT, play and talk therapy. She helps them with anxiety, depression and relational issues.

Fun Fact:
In her spare time, Schrade loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys being active outside and in the kitchen. Her favorite sports are softball, volleyball, and football.
