Meleah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC (#17569), CT (#003374), and NY (#008150) with certifications in Neurofeedback and HeartMath. Meleah received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University in 2009 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2015. Meleah is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover the healing and growth they’re capable of. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or just feeling stuck, Meleah's goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, authenticity, and enthusiasm.

Her counseling style is adaptable, integrative, and client-centered. Meleah does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. She tailors each session to align with your goals and personality, using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating neurofeedback and mindfulness when appropriate. Meleah works with women including, adults, teens, and young adults—and especially enjoys supporting individuals who desire a holistic or faith-based perspective in their healing journey.
