Jenny believes in the power of connection; that a key component to therapy is building a safe, trusting relationship; and that everyone needs someone to listen to them; advocate for them, their needs, and best interests. She maintains an unconditional positive regard toward clients while understanding their perspectives in order to help them increase their emotional regulation skills, distress tolerance, mindfulness tools, communication tools, problem solving skills, productive thinking, healthy habits, connections with others, and ability to cope with current and future stressors in order to move forward towards healing and positive changes.
In her free time Jenny enjoys being an active member at a local church, spending quality time with her husband and 4 children, hiking, physical fitness, watching movies, and traveling!
