Bio:
Franchesca is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (#A20319) with a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She brings cross-cultural experience to her practice, having spent two years doing ministry work in the Dominican Republic. Franchesca has worked with adolescents, individuals, and couples, providing support through life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and relational conflict.

Counseling Approach:
Franchesca is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, safe, and heard. Her goal is to foster an environment free of judgment, where empathy and hope can thrive—even in the midst of hardship. She uses a client-centered approach, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients gain deeper insight into their emotions and experiences, and work toward meaningful progress. Faith can be incorporated into sessions at the client’s request.

Franchesca enjoys working primarily with women and young adults, as well as teens, adults, and couples. Her specialties include grief, life transitions, relational conflict, anxiety, and depression.

Franchesca loves spending time outdoors and being with friends and family. She enjoys exploring new cities, discovering cozy coffee shops, and learning about different cultures.
