Payments
Most of our therapists are credentialed with the following insurance panels:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- United Healthcare/Optum
- Medcost
- Carolinas Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA)
- Bright Health
- NC State Plan/BCBS
- Magellan
- Tricare
- Some EAP programs
If using insurance, please contact your insurance provider to verify whether your therapist is an in-network or out-of-network provider. Also, please verify your copay amount and whether or not your deductible applies.
- Fees range from $100-180 per visit depending on insurance or self pay availability and/or preference.
- Please prepare to pay $50+ at your first visit.
- A sliding scale fee may be offered as needed on a case-by-case basis.
Ultimately, payment including insurance payments is the responsibility of the client and not the therapist.
